This policy explains which cookies are used on mordemsanat.com.tr, operated by Mordem Art and Ecological Living Association, for what purposes, and how you can manage your preferences.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser by the websites you visit. They are used to make the website work, remember your preferences and measure visit statistics.

Analytics cookies are loaded by default; if you choose “Decline” in the cookie notice they are not loaded and analytics cookies already set are deleted. Google Analytics does not store your IP address. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see total visit numbers; it uses no cookies and does not identify visitors. Session and security cookies are also used for authorised staff signing in to the admin panel; these are not set for website visitors.
3. Third-party content
Some pages contain external content such as YouTube videos and Google Maps. When this content is displayed or played, the provider may set its own cookies and its own privacy policy applies. Some images on the “In the Press” page are loaded from news websites; in that case your IP address is sent to the respective site.
4. Managing your preferences
- On your first visit you can continue with “OK” or switch analytics cookies off with “Decline” in the notice.
- You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of the page.
- You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies may affect some functions of the website.
5. Legal basis and more information
Necessary cookies rely on the Association’s legitimate interest in operating and securing the website (KVKK Art. 5/2-f); analytics cookies rely on its legitimate interest in measuring visit statistics, and you can object to this processing at any time by choosing “Decline”.
